REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to your invoice received in your email after purchasing. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item more than 5 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The amount of refund will be transferred to you via online banking, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, if you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ….. or our website email …..

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at ….. or our website email …… We will arrange for an exchange item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, there will be no refund or exchange.

Polisi pemulangan dan bayaran balik kami dalam tempoh 48 jam sahaja. Jika 48 jam telah berlalu selepas anda menerima item, kami tidak boleh menawarkan bayaran balik penuh atau pertukaran kepada anda.

Untuk layak menerima pemulangan, item anda mestilah tidak digunakan dan dalam keadaan yang sama seperti anda menerimanya. Ia juga mesti berada dalam pembungkusan asal.

Kami tidak menerima item yang telah tercemar dengan kebersihan, bahan berbahaya atau cecair atau gas mudah terbakar.

Untuk melengkapkan pemulangan anda, kami memerlukan resit atau bukti pembelian. Sila rujuk invois anda yang diterima dalam e-mel anda selepas membeli. Tolong jangan hantar pembelian anda kembali kepada pengilang.

Bayaran Balik

Setelah pemulangan anda diterima dan diperiksa, kami akan menghantar e-mel kepada anda untuk memberitahu anda bahawa kami telah menerima item anda yang dipulangkan. Kami juga akan memberitahu anda tentang kelulusan atau penolakan bayaran balik anda.

Jika permohonan anda diluluskan, maka bayaran balik anda akan diproses. Jumlah bayaran balik akan dipindahkan kepada anda melalui perbankan dalam talian, dalam tempoh beberapa hari.

Bayaran balik lewat atau tiada

Jika anda tidak menerima bayaran balik selepas kami pindahkan ke akaun bank anda, semak akaun bank anda sekali lagi. 

Barangan diskaun

Hanya barang berharga biasa boleh dikembalikan. Barang jualan tidak boleh dikembalikan.

Pertukaran

Kami hanya menggantikan barang jika ia rosak. Jika anda perlu menukarnya dengan item yang sama, sila hubungi kami di:

Hadiah

Jika item itu ditandakan sebagai hadiah, tidak akan ada bayaran balik atau pertukaran.
